For more than 25 years, Habitat Romania has been working beside families and communities in need, to improve their living conditions. This includes building and renovating homes and community centres, and advocating for better housing policies.
Funds raised in Ireland are supporting Habitat Romania's work in communities across the country. In summer 2023, a team of volunteers from across Ireland will travel to Romania to support this life-changing work.

Supporting Habitat's Work
The budget includes a non-refundable deposit, fights, in-country expenses and a minimum donation towards Habitat’s work. We ask everyone to personally contribute a minimum of £/€500 towards their logistics costs and to raise more than the minimum as every penny makes a huge difference to families in need. We have lots of ideas and resources to support fundraising.
